Corporate Internet Systems
The Corporation
The corporation is a large national widget manufacturer.
The forty-eight contiguous United States comprise the corporation's
primary market. The vast majority of sales are domestic. The corporation
makes no particular efforts to sell products overseas and has no foreign
divisions, affiliates or subsidiaries.
The corporate home office is in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The corporation maintains branch offices throughout the United States for
the manufacturing, sale, distribution, and service of products. Personnel
of the corporation make all sales; products are not sold by or through
independent representatives.
The corporation is chartered under the laws of North
Carolina. Branch offices are registered in the states where located. Sale
contracts provide that North Carolina law controls conflicts and lawsuits
and that litigation must be filed in the courts of North Carolina.
